It is an article about Muslim students at Houston Baptist University, so Jerusalem in the title represents Christianity and Mecca, Islam. Never mind that Jerusalem is a deeply sacred city in the eyes of Muslims as well, not to mention Jews, or that Jerusalem has a Muslim population.
